Before moving to Lakeland in 1987, Jay lived and practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts and Portland, Oregon. He’s also lived and worked in St. Louis, MO, West Hartford, CT, Cambridge, MA, and Kirkwall, Orkney, Scotland. Jay joined Reed, Mawhinney & Link as “of counsel” in January 2023.
